keeping going


how when your training and every one else is in the pub or out eating take aways , how do you keep your self going to the gym day after day with out thinking whats the point.

    aaron well said!!! If your training right, the results will push those thoughts right to the back of your mind. If your not training for competion theres no harm in the odd takeaway or beer(and i mean odd) keeps you sane.

    just look at the state of them and that should keep you on the right track,be lucky.

    if your mates want you to go to the pub on the weekend by all means go for a few and when they ask you to stay on and are joking around with you just think of your own body and look at theirs and consider is it worth it. 9 times out of 10 its not
