eating food high in proteen and low in fat is a good start,as for training you should go to your local gym and ask a fittnes instructer for advice on training, and start slow dont rush ,good things come in time.

Sounds like you are new to body building…
Im no expert, but here’s an opinion….
You should concentrate for a while on building core strength before concentrating on particluar muscle groups. By doing this you will give your body a good basis to build up muscle on. Also remember your joints and bones will need to get used to lifting heavy weights.
try a two day split doing a total body workout, using squats, leg press, shoulder press, flat bench press, ,dead lifts, bicep curls or hammer curls and tricep push downs…..NO MORE. 3 sets 8 - 12 reps.
Giving your body time to adjust is important, remember…
Less is more
and
cycle training hard - rest / repair / good nutrition - traing hard etc.
This may seem frustrating that you cant concentrate on your muscle groups like b/builders on train more, but trust me I learnt the hard way this is for the best ….
good luck mate.
